Join us for an engaging and transformative workshop focused on embodiment, where we delve into the remarkable resilience of our bodies. This guided exploration celebrates our individual strengths and narratives, offering a vibrant space for self-discovery.
Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in exercises and activities designed to explore human emotions such as anger, love, and joy. Gain insights into how these emotions manifest in your body and mind, and celebrate your personal journey with newfound clarity and confidence.
Participants of all movement backgrounds are welcome, as we explore through movement, sound, and somatic approaches different parts of the body, incorporating tools from art therapy to enrich the experience. Discover where emotions reside in your body and acquire techniques to either control or release them through embodiment. This process fosters a deeper connection between body and intuition, enhancing your ability to interpret subtle daily messages.
The workshop also celebrates and empowers the unique strengths of queer and migrant bodies, offering techniques for self-expression and personal agency. Learn to establish boundaries, release emotions, and gain emotional control.
Experience the profound impact of collective healing as we explore how our choices and experiences resonate with others, fostering empathy and connection. This holistic approach to self-understanding and communal growth will nurture a supportive and vibrant community, promoting creativity and meaningful dialogue.
